Your order comes with 30 days full refund policy at KisnaGems.co.uk. Once you receive the order and if you are not happy with it, for any reason, please just contact our friendly customer service team via email with your order number and just let us know that you want to return the order back.
We will get in touch with you very shortly with Return Authorization Number and that is it. Please ship the order back to us and we will process your full refund within 2 business days, of us receiving the order back.
1) How is the money refunded
The money is refunded the same way it is paid for. Therefore if you paid via credit card, then it will go back to the same credit card. If you paid via paypal, then it will go back to you via paypal. Please note that we cannot change the way the money is refunded back. It will essentially be reversed back, therefore go back to you the same way, the order was paid for. This cannot be changed
2) How long it takes to get the money back
Once the refund is processed back to you, we will send you an email confirmation for the same. Please note that for credit card transactions it will take between 2 to 4 business days for the money to be back in your account. For paypal transactions, the refund is instant.
3) When does the 30 days start? is it from when i order, or when i receive my order
Please note that the 30 days only start from the day your order is delivered to you. it does not start from the day the order is placed. therefore, once the order is with you, you have 30 days to see if you are happy with the same
4)Under what conditions are my returns not accepted?
we will accept returns under most situations. the only situations that we cannot accept returns is if there is any alterations or changes done to the order while it was with you. then the refund policy will be void. while you can wear the rings and see if you like them, but any jewellery with wear and tear signs will not be accepted for returns

The KISNA GEMS JEWELLERY store started in 2007. Although we have been making jewellery much longer, but we started to finally do it for ourselves in 2007. Our two main Jewellers Jonathan and Sabin wanted to create a platform where couples can come and find a unique piece of jewellery that they can personalize to reflects their love, their values and their uniqueness. We did not want to make something that you can find or see anywhere but we wanted to create unique one of kind handmade jewellery which is as unique as your love story.
